“Gone Coastal” 2586 Helmsman Road, Johns Island is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome inspired by nautical themes and whimsical touches. Sleeping 6, this villa boasts a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, spacious garden-level covered sitting area, and porch.
The ground level includes a garage and covered outdoor living space. The second floor and main floor you'll find a king bedroom and attached bathroom with walk in shower, comfortable living room, dining room, covered trellis porch and half bath. The third floor offers two bedrooms. Both have king sized beds with attached bathrooms. One with walk in shower and the other is a tub/shower combination. There is a full-sized washer & dryer located on the 2nd floor as well.
Kiawah River is a 2,000-acre resort on Johns Island featuring 20 miles of waterfront and walking trails with a 100-acre working farm, luxury hotel, and 9,000 sqft amenity center. Kiawah River is just outside of Kiawah Island located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway and 20 miles from downtown Charleston.
Construction: There are nearby homes and hotel under construction. Some construction noise can be heard from the home during working hours. Monday-Friday 7-7. Saturday 8-5. The price reflects this and will increase upon completion.
Optional Spring House Amenity Center Access:
Enjoy the Spring House fitness center, pools, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna for a daily fee of $50 per person payable at The Spring House.

-Guests have access to the one car garage. Parking for 1 car is available in front of the garage. There is also parking at the street.

Summary: The property was perfect for the three couples this weekend. We all had our in room with bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect for us to gather around and cook meals together. Very, very nice home. Alot of upgrades and super nice appliances. It was a super comfortable living space? Definitely will look to rent this particular house again next year.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay In Kiawah Island, lots of relaxation be had! We would definitely stay at Gone Coastal again, it was a lovely home, and so clean! The only recommendation we have is to add some non stick frying pans, and pots and a new mattress in the king bedroom, the other two beds were comfy.

Summary: Property is amazing. Beautiful and immaculate. Location is perfect and the extra amenities (pool,etc) are spectacular. Host was incredibly responsive and easy to deal with. Could not recommend a better place to spend time with family and friends.

Summary: This was our first trip to Kiawah! Gone Coastal was a beautiful home in a gorgeous community and perfect for our family of 5! The clubhouse amenities (gym and pool) are fantastic- Just know there is a separate fee to utilize them. I saw them listed as amenities, so assumed they were included because I didn’t see the paragraph at the end of the listing.
